We have had a number of queries from Registered Provider clients about completion of their Statistical Data Returns.
The issue relates to stating the number of properties subject to full (absolute) exceptions from the rent reduction provisions under the Social Housing Rents (Exceptions and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2016. A number of clients are not clear about which stock is absolutely exempt.
