Jonathan has amassed a wealth of experience in the social housing sector. He advises on a wide range of topics, including governance and regulation, subsidy regimes and major projects, including joint ventures.

Carlos is a Partner in our Securitisation team, described by a client as “improving our ability to place security in a timely manner and overcome the difficulties we face.”

Matthew specialises in construction dispute resolution.  He is described in the Legal 500 as an “exceptional lawyer”, “a real fighter” and “someone you want in the trenches with you”.  Clients also know Matthew for being responsive and delivering decisive, practical and comprehensive advice.

Jonathan’s experience in commercial and residential transactions on behalf of registered providers, national developers, private individuals, contractors and charities means he is well placed to provide assistance in new potential market areas.

Chris is widely regarded as an expert on security related transactions in the social and affordable housing sector.

Rachel joined Devonshires as a qualified Solicitor in April 2016 and has become an integral member of Devonshires’ highly regarded Securitisation team.
