In her cases, Taran predominantly acts for the Claimant. She has extensive experience working as a Paralegal and performing tasks such as: conducting legal research, drafting legal documents which includes LBAs, Letter before Action, Witness statements, Directions Questionnaires, Particulars of Claim, Claim forms, Part 36 Offers and various correspondences to the other side.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Taran worked as a Paralegal within the Litigation Department on Civil Financial Claims relating to PPI. She also has experience within Clinical Negligence and Personal injury and Family Law.
