Sophie is a Trainee Solicitor in our Real Estate & Projects team. She has had experience working on a variety of residential and commercial transactions, lease extensions and plot sales.

Experience

Sophie has worked at Devonshires for over 3 years and prior to commencing her training contract, she was a Paralegal in our Real Estate & Projects department.

As a paralegal, Sophie worked on a variety of residential and commercial transactions, lease extensions and plot sales. She has also worked with a range of clients, including private clients and Registered Providers.

Education

Sophie graduated from the University of Law (Moorgate) in 2021 where she studied the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management, achieving a Distinction. Prior to this, she studied Business Law (LLB) at Nottingham Trent University, achieving First Class Honours.

Personal

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys taking part in charity events. Most recently, she ran 5K to raise awareness for mental health and last year took part in the Devonshires 10K walk for Demelza across London. Sophie also enjoys exploring different parts of London with her family and friends.
