Areas of Expertise

Leo mainly acts for Registered Providers (both not for profit and for profit) on development and site acquisition matters. He also acts on development finance for Registered Providers on acquiring sites and more general property and planning work including land disposal, infrastructure agreements and easements as well as planning and highways agreements.

He also acts for private developers on the disposal of s106 affordable housing on larger development sites.

Experience

Leo has previously worked at Winckworth Sherwood, Lewis Silkin, Batchelors and Sharratts as a Solicitor specialising in property and development prior to joining Devonshires. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor he was a housing officer and housing benefits policy and appeals officer at the London Borough of Camden.
