Areas of Expertise

James joined the Construction team at Devonshires in March 2022 and specialises in construction dispute resolution, health & safety and regulatory law. James has experience acting on broad range of clients including registered providers, housing associations, developers, contractors and private clients.

In January 2024, James became responsible for assisting with knowledge development and sharing within the Housing Management and Property Litigation team with particular focus on Building Safety developments.


Experience

James works closely with all the team’s lawyers and other knowledge specialists across the firm’s practice areas. Prior to joining Devonshires, James practiced at a UK Top 200 East Anglian firm within the Legal 500 recognised construction department.
