Daisy is a Trainee Solicitor in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team.

Experience

Daisy has experience in rent arrears, ASB and succession possession claims, access injunctions for repair works, and disrepair claims. Prior to starting her training contract at Devonshires, Daisy worked at the firm as a Paralegal in the Housing Management and Property Litigation team for two years, where she developed extensive experience in social housing and landlord and tenant matters.

Alongside her housing management work, Daisy currently works under the supervision of the firm's Data Protection Partner and is expanding her practice to include data protection and privacy law, gaining experience in advising on a range of data protection matters.

Prior to joining Devonshires, Daisy also worked as a Paralegal for two years at a tenant-focused law firm in the City of London, where she gained valuable insight into housing litigation from the tenant's perspective. She has used this experience to bring a unique and balanced perspective to her practice at Devonshires.

Personal

Daisy loves traveling and exploring the world when possible. She has recently been to India and has plans to go to South Korea! Whilst in London, she is an avid theatregoer. She enjoys the fact that she works in close proximity to the West End, and takes advantage of this as much as she can.
