Areas of Expertise

Charlotte deals with disposals of plots for new build developments for housing associations. Specialising in outright sales, shared ownership and Help to Buy funded matters.

She also produces reports on title for housing associations for the purpose of site acquisitions and title information sheets for the purpose of plot sales disposals.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Charlotte was a team leader within Winckworth Sherwood’s Residential Disposal team. She also gained experience in dealing with Development and Build Agreements, Section 38 and Section 104 Agreements and Reports on Title whilst there.

Education

2014: Training Contract at Cavendish Legal Group

2016: Qualified into Winckworth Sherwood Residential Disposals Team as an assistance Team Leader working with Peabody, L&Q, BPHA and MHTV.

Personal

Charlotte is currently taking lessons to become a fluent Welsh speaker.

She is also a keen swimmer and runner and enjoys ski holidays when she gets the chance.
