Amy is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate and Projects team and advises on all aspects of development site acquisitions and disposals, development agreements and ancillary documents related to site development.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires Amy worked for Knights plc (previously Shulmans LLP), advising both national and regional housebuilders and is experienced in land acquisitions and disposals, the negotiation of conditional contracts, option agreements, development agreements for the sale of affordable housing, infrastructure and access arrangements and setting up development sites for plot sales.
