Congratulations are in order for L&Q. It has been announced that Trafalgar Place has won the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) National Award. Earlier in the year, it had already won the London Award for being one the best architectural feats in the Capital for 2016. Trafalgar Place is a flagship housing project that forms part of the £1.5 billion Elephant and Castle regeneration. Sitting on the former Heygate Estate, Trafalgar Place delivers 235 high-quality homes including 25% affordable housing developed for L&Q.
