This jointly hosted webinar with Altair will examine what was new in the Sector Risk Profile, how RPs have responded and what more needs to be done by the sector to minimise risks and deliver decent and safe homes.

Samantha Grix, Partner, Banking, Governance and Corporate

Samantha advises Private Registered Providers and Local Authorities across a spectrum of matters affecting the social housing sector including Housing Management and has specialist knowledge of rent regulation.

Samantha was called to the Bar in October 2008 at the Inner Temple and cross-qualified as a solicitor in November 2010. She started her career at Devonshires Solicitors as a Paralegal and was invited to remain post-qualification due to her proven ability and great relationships with clients. Samantha was promoted to Partner in April 2022.

Gemma Bell, Partner, Banking, Governance and Corporate

Gemma advises on a range of areas including social housing regulatory, charity law, governance, company and community benefit society law, corporate restructuring projects, joint ventures, stock transfers and mergers and acquisitions.

Jo-Ann Morgan, Director of Governance, Altair

Jo-Anne is the Director of Governance for Altair and an experienced management consultant with a track record of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, their customers and stakeholders.
