Mark Foxcroft, Partner, Housing Management & Property Litigation

Mark’s practice encompasses all aspects of contentious property litigation on matters relating to both residential and commercial property. In particular, Mark specialises in leasehold matters and has extensive experience representing clients in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals. This work includes claims for forfeiture, service charge disputes, lease variations and extensions, statutory consultation and contentious boundary disputes

Jatinder Bhamber, Senior Associate, Housing Management & Property Litigation

Jatinder advises Registered Providers and Local Authorities on all aspects of housing and tenancy management, including possession actions, Anti-Social Behaviour injunctions, tenancy fraud, subletting committals, Disrepair & Fitness for Human Habitation claims and EPA actions.

Jatinder also has a strong practice in Shared Ownership and Leasehold matters and regularly advises Registered Providers on shared ownership arrears proceedings, forfeiture, service charge disputes, unauthorised alterations, Japanese knotweed and boundary disputes
