Saghar specialises in advising clients, ranging from Smaller Registered Providers to G15 members, on all aspects of the Securitisation process in the charging of security under varying loan facilities, private placements, public bonds and EMTN programmes ranging from £1 million to £1 billion. In addition, Saghar’s broad knowledge and experience includes acting for clients on mergers and group restructurings, large-scale refinancing transactions, and development finance.
Carlos Fernandes, Partner, Devonshires
Carlos has a breadth of experience advising Registered Providers on a range of financial arrangements including bond issues, private placements, syndicated and bilateral loan facilities ranging from £1 million to £500 million. Carlos drafts and negotiates a variety of facility/bond documentation including certificates of title, legal charges and allocation certificates working closely with the Banking Team as part of the deal.
Andrew Smith, Director, Savills
Andrew specialises primarily in the valuation of social rented and affordable housing for Loan Security, Accounts and Bonds. Andrew also provides valuation advice for Stock Rationalisation, disposal and Agency of property for RPs and their Lenders throughout the UK.
