Although we have not yet seen any changes to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order or Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, they will likely be coming.
This briefing will provide an update on the consultation response, along with horizon scanning as to what this will likely mean for building owners and landlords.
