The 2024 edition of the JCT Contracts are due to be published on Wednesday 17th April 2024.
We know the 2024 edition has been modernised, future proofed and will include updates relating to the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA 2022), termination accounting and payment provisions reflecting the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Construction Act 1996), two new insolvency grounds reflecting the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (CIGA 2020), new Relevant Events and Relevant Matters, and a new family of Target Cost Contracts; to name a few.
To help you understand the changes, our expert panel will deliver a comprehensive overview of the background and detail of the changes as they apply. This is not a session you will want to miss!
