Emilie provides advice and support to social landlords in relation to a wide range of housing issues.
Emilie assists landlords with drafting and issuing possession proceedings, unauthorised occupation issues, failed succession matters, anti-social behaviour injunction and access injunctions applications, shared ownership possession and tenancy fraud.
Emilie also specialises in disrepair and EPA claims.
