Landlords must treat tenants with fairness and respect so that they can access services, raise complaints, influence decision making and hold their landlord to account. Accommodating diverse needs is emphasised in the revised Consumer Standards, which will have been in place for a year by the time this webinar takes place.
Identifying and tailoring services to ensure engagement from a broad range within resident populations is challenging and in this webinar we will be looking at how landlords can achieve meaningful engagement with vulnerable residents and those with diverse needs. We will also be reviewing lessons learned to date in the context of the revised Consumer Standards.
We are delighted to be co-hosting this webinar with Louise Baxter MBE, joint CEO of Consumer Friend which provides consumer education to both consumers and businesses alike.
