Julian Paine, Director, Affordable Housing Consultancy at Savills
Julian is a director in Savills’ affordable housing consultancy, leading on a wide range of consumer standards assignments with local authorities and ALMOs and corporate governance reviews, with specialist input from across the Savills team. He has worked in the social housing sector for over 25 years, has held local authority/ALMO director and executive-level roles and also with several housing associations. Julian previously worked as a social housing regulator and has been a board member.
Angela Holden, Director of Regulatory Engagement at RSH
Angela is the Director of Regulatory Engagement at RSH, and is primarily responsible for ensuring local authority landlords deliver the outcomes of the regulatory standards. Prior to this, Angela was the Assistant Director of Consumer Regulation at RSH where she managed the reactive consumer regulation function and supported in the implementation of the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023.
