Devonshires Solicitors have acted on behalf of Greenwich Leisure Limited (who operate under the ‘Better’ brand) on the recently completed Bath and North East Somerset Council Leisure Project.
The Project involves the Council transferring six of its leisure centres to Greenwich Leisure and entering into a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain Contract under which Greenwich Leisure will renew, operate and maintain those centres over a 20 year period.
The Devonshires team was led by Elen Storey with Caroline Mostowfi and Krissun Soodin advising in relation to property matters.
