We are delighted to announce that we have been re-appointed to the Housing Associations’ Legal Alliance framework.
The Housing Associations’ Legal Alliance (HALA) is a unique collaboration of some of the UK’s leading housing associations.
The framework was formed in 2010 and Devonshires has remained a panel member since the start. The HALA Framework is managed by Kennedy Cater, a firm of independent legal consultants established to help private and public sector organisations manage their legal needs.
The legal services are broken down into three Lots: Corporate, Governance & Finance; Housing & Asset Management; and Property & Development.
Nick Billingham, our joint Client Relationship Manager for HALA said: “We are extremely pleased to continue delivery of legal services to the social housing providers on the HALA framework and are particularly proud to receive full marks for two out of the three lots for our quality submissions.”
The framework commences on the 1st September and will run for a term of three years with the option to extend for a period of up to 12 months.
