We are delighted to have secured a ranking in The Times ‘Best Law Firms 2021’ list!
Now in its third year, The Times Best Law Firms rankings provide an overview of the leading 200 firms in England and Wales, and the top 40 in Scotland. The Times, together with Statista, conducted surveys amongst thousands of lawyers, and their responses have been used to identify the leading firms.
This is the first time Devonshires has appeared in the list. In particular, we are commended for our work in the Landlord and Tenant practice, which is a major strength of the firm.
Other areas of work featured include our work advising on the housing sector’s first loan arrangement using the Sterling Overnight Index Average benchmark, and acting for the younger grandson of the Seventh Nizam of Hyderabad in a High Court ruling.
