We are shortlisted for ‘Deal of the Year’ for our work on the complex redevelopment of the West Thamesmead site for Peabody.

The LexisNexis ‘Deal of the Year’ award recognises organisations involved in a leading legal transaction that includes an unusual level of complexity, significant high-value or innovation in legal practice. The award isn’t limited to a particular sector and covers any deal across every sector within the legal sphere making it very difficult to get shortlisted given its broad scope. Our work on the Thamesmead deal was well suited to this category as it involved an unusually high level of complexity and value.
