Devonshires has strengthened its Real Estate and Projects Department with the appointment of Dan Moan as a partner, specialising in commercial property.
Joining from Kingsley Napley, Dan brings more than 15 years’ experience to Devonshires. Based in London, he will be responsible for expanding and developing the firm’s commercial property and property finance offerings.
His expertise includes advising on office and industrial lettings for both landlords and tenants, sales and acquisitions of commercial property for investors and developers, asset management, corporate acquisitions, property finance and the restructuring of property portfolios. He is also experienced in wider development work, including site assembly, conditional contracts, overage and collaboration agreements.

Devonshires’ Real Estate and Projects Department comprises 38 lawyers, including nine partners. Since January 2017, the department has recruited seven new lawyers to further strengthen its offer for the Real Estate sector.

- Solicitor, Graham Davies (3 years PQE), who joined on 3 April 2017;
- Partner, Robert Turner (28 years PQE), who joined 2 May 2017;
- Solicitor, Charlotte Edwards (4 years PQE), who joined 8 May 2017; and
- Solicitor, Philip Evans (3 years PQE), who will be joining the team on 26 June 2017.
