The Devonshires LLP Banking and Securitisation Teams are delighted to announce the completion of the third of three of the largest capital markets transactions in the RP sector since July.
Julian Barker and Sharon Kirkham (and their respective teams) have, over the last month, advised London & Quadrant Housing Trust (£250million) and Metropolitan Housing Trust (£250million) on their highly successful listed bond issues and Circle Group (£150million) on its private placement.
The Devonshires LLP Banking and Securitisation Teams have advised on more capital markets transactions in the RP sector since July, than any other law firm.
