Devonshires advised on the amalgamation of Paragon Community Housing and Asra Housing Association, which completed on 13 April 2017.
PA Housing, which they will be known as, was formed through the amalgamation of Paragon Community Housing and Asra Housing Group, who provide housing across the Midlands, London and the South East. Following the amalgamation, they have a combined experience of over 40 years and manage around 24,000 homes.
