The Devonshires’ Banking and Capital Markets team are delighted to have advised Northern Ireland based Apex Housing Association on its inaugural private placement.
Apex raised £100million from a single investor and the transaction included a deferred drawdown element.
Julian Barker, who led the Devonshires’ team, commented “We are delighted to have worked with Apex for the first time on this exciting and highly successful transaction. This important transaction is a fantastic development that will see more affordable housing built in Northern Ireland. We are proud to have assisted the team in making this happen.”
Gresham House (Antoine Pesenti, Michael Woodman and Liz Brown) acted as financial advisers to Apex and Arthur Cox advised Apex on Northern Irish law matters.
