Devonshires are delighted to have acted for Look Ahead Care and Support Limited on its recent corporate acquisition of Blythson Limited, a Kent-based learning disability care and support business.
Blythson, trading as Proactive Development, owns 13 sites in Kent and the acquisition further strengthens Look Ahead’s existing platform in the region focused on learning disability care and support.
Tahseen Sherwani, Chief Finance Officer at Look Ahead, said: “This was an important strategic acquisition for Look Ahead as we look to expand our care and support provision in the learning disability sector. Devonshires provided us with invaluable legal support and advice throughout the due diligence and acquisition process and were a pleasure to deal with throughout.”
