Loddon Homes Limited has recently received confirmation from the HCA of its registration as a for-profit Registered Provider
This is the first local authority controlled company to be registered as a for-profit RP. This has involved navigating the HCA’s registration criteria for for-profit subsidiary entities and the recent announcement made regarding local authority influenced RPs.
