Devonshires Real Estate and Projects Department continues to grow with the addition of a new Solicitor who joins its Development Sales Team.
Having previously worked at Prince Evans Solicitors LLP, Alasdair Muir brings expert knowledge and experience of Affordable Home Ownership. His skills lie in offering advice on new building transactions whether this be acting for plot purchasers or setting up a scheme for disposal.

Before joining Devonshires, Alasdair spent several years working in-house with Social Housing Providers, and within Parliament addressing constituents’ housing issues. Alasdair has advised on many property related matters; varying from lease extensions, setting up schemes for plot sales, re-sales, staircasing and Right to Buy/ Right to acquire transactions. Alasdair also brings his expertise in dealing with repossessed matters, having acted for a wide variety of mortgage lenders.
