Areas of Expertise

Hannah advises landlords, building owners on various aspects of housing management and property litigation.

Hannah has experience in County Court and High Court litigation, mediation, proceedings in the First-tier Tribunal and both contentious and non-contentious dispute resolution. Hannah also has a property litigation practice which includes advising on lease disputes and interpretation, service charge challenges and fire and building safety matters.

Hannah advises on obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022, including the identification and obligations of duty holders, service charge restrictions and potential recovery via supplementary regulations, as well as responsibilities in respect of fire doors.


Experience

Hannah originally trained at the Bar before completing her Training Contract at Devonshires.

Hannah graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a LLB Law, before completing the Bar Professional Training Course and Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London.


Personal

Originally from Bermuda, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling (usually to warmer climates!).
