Following a joint entry from Clifford Chance and Devonshires to the British Legal Awards for ‘Property Team of the Year’ we are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted.
The unusual joint shortlisting is in relation to the combined team comprising staff from both firms which worked on L&Q’s acquisition of Gallagher Estates in February 2017. Our joint entry is supported by statements from Neil Toner (Head of Real Estate at Devonshires) and Jonathan Solomon (Global Head of Real Estate at Clifford Chance) along with testimonials from L&Q and the commercial deal advisors, Rothschilds.
