Devonshires has won two awards in The Lex 100’s annual trainee solicitor survey for the following categories: ‘How stressful do you find your job?’ and ‘How would you rate the work/life balance at your firm?’
More than 3,000 trainee solicitors from 165 top UK law firms took part in the online survey earlier this year, answering questions addressing topics such as job satisfaction, work/life balance, stress in the workplace and quality of work.
In addition to winning two awards, Devonshires CSR program also received high praise.
