Devonshires has advised Sodexo on its acquisition of The Good Eating Company, a leading London-based contract caterer.

Sodexo and The Good Eating Company share a vision to grow their presence in metropolitan areas including the highly competitive and dynamic workplace dining market in which The Good Eating Company has seen significant growth in recent years.
