Devonshires has advised Sodexo on its acquisition of The Good Eating Company, a leading London-based contract caterer.
The Devonshires team was led by Corporate Partner James Lyons, with support from Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Michelle Mullen and Employment Solicitor Katie Maguire.
Sodexo and The Good Eating Company share a vision to grow their presence in metropolitan areas including the highly competitive and dynamic workplace dining market in which The Good Eating Company has seen significant growth in recent years.
