Real Estate and Projects have completed a stock acquisition on behalf of Radian from LiveWest Homes. The stock portfolio comprises 612 units across Dorset, Hampshire and Weymouth. Radian entered into partnership with Yarlington Housing Group in November 2019 and this acquisition is the first step towards Radian’s plans to deliver 10,000 homes in the next decade.
