The Government has now responded to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 2 report’s 58 recommendations. All recommendations are accepted in full, or in principle, so further far-reaching changes to the construction industry are on the horizon. This round-table session will set out the significant upcoming changes, when we can expect the changes to take effect and commentary on the impact on the industry.

Andrew has extensive experience in large-scale regeneration, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He leads PRP’s Development Consultancy and Research team, overseeing the sustainability performance of the practice.
He provides strategic advice on development projects and existing buildings, serving as a technical advisor to DLHUC and the Welsh Government on building safety and regulations. Andrew has a comprehensive understanding of the Building Safety regimes and regulatory changes.
