Hannah Keane, Associate, Housing Management and Property Litigation 

Hannah advises landlords, building owners on various aspects of housing management and property litigation.

Hannah has experience in County Court and High Court litigation, mediation, proceedings in the First-tier Tribunal and both contentious and non-contentious dispute resolution. Hannah also has a property litigation practice which includes advising on lease disputes and interpretation, service charge challenges and fire and building safety matters.

Charlotte Knight, Paralegal, Housing Management and Property Litigation

Prior to Devonshires, Charlotte worked in the residential conveyancing department of a local law firm.

Outside of work Charlotte enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves to attend live music events whenever she gets the opportunity to. Charlotte also has a passion for cooking and loves to try out new recipes.
