HMPL Building Blocks: Legal Tools to Combat Anti-Social Behaviour

In this webinar we will look at the legal tools and tactics available to address anti-social behaviour with the aim of achieving the best outcome for those affected by residential nuisance behaviour.

Speakers:

Tope Ojikutu, Senior Associate, Housing Management and Property Litigation 

Tope has worked as a housing solicitor for over 20 years. She has worked for and against landlords. She has experience in the area of ASB injunctions, disrepair, possession, housing management and homelessness.

Ben Tarbard, Associate, Housing Management and Property Litigation

Ben has experience in dealing and managing various issues relating to the Equality Act 2010 both within proceedings and standalone claims.

Ben works in both defending and advising clients on Disrepair and Environmental Protection Act claims.

Ben also conducts general property litigation for residential leasehold properties. This includes claims for forfeiture, service charge disputes including recovery of unpaid service charges and rent.
