Kirsten is a Senior Associate in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team, she specialises in providing leasehold, shared ownership and Building Safety advice for Registered Providers of Social Housing. She has a particular interest in lease variations within the tribunal, s.20 consultation, reasonableness claims and dispensation claims. She also acts for Registered Providers in relation to a wide range of disrepair claims and advise on enforcement action against superior landlords including breach of lease and injunctive relief proceedings.

Arika is a Paralegal in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team.
Shortly after having finished her LPC, Arika worked in a firm within the litigation department for 6 months prior to joining Devonshire’s. She has also done Pro Bono work for a family law clinic.
