Kris has extensive experience of negotiating, drafting, reviewing and reporting on all forms of commercial contracts including maintenance and facilities management contracts, supply and distribution contracts, energy contracts, ICT contracts, catering contracts, joint venture agreements, outsourcing contracts care and support contracts and framework agreements and terms of business for various works, services and supplies.

Mark Foxcroft, Partner, Housing Management & Property Litigation 

Mark’s practice encompasses all aspects of contentious property litigation on matters relating to both residential and commercial property. In particular, Mark specialises in leasehold matters and has extensive experience representing clients in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals. This work includes claims for forfeiture, service charge disputes, lease variations and extensions, statutory consultation and contentious boundary disputes.

Alistair Moore, Director, Uniti

Alistair has worked as an industry leading technical expert on heat networks for over 20 years. He is a CIBSE Certified Heat Network Consultant is passionate about creating fit for purpose low carbon energy efficient heat networks that help reduce fuel poverty.

Alistair is responsible for the development and management of the unique Uniti whole heat network process with a particular focus on design, installation, commissioning, and operation of heat networks.

Alistair also sits on the CIBSE West Midlands committee with an emphasis on training.

Maria Adcock, Senior Consultant, Uniti

Maria worked in social housing for nearly 15 years including with The Guinness Partnership and Places for People before joining Uniti Heat. She has worked in a number of various roles in both front-line housing management as well as senior asset management. She is a keen advocate that heat networks should be built for long term management not simply short-term commissioning. Maria works on all aspects of Uniti Heat and specialises in regulation, service development and delivery. Maria is a trustee of a housing charity supporting young women.
