Zoe advises on all aspects of housing management and practice including all aspects of leasehold, possession proceedings, injunctions, enfranchisement, forfeiture, service charge issues, Tribunal proceedings and lease interpretation. She has a particular interest in fire and building safety related matters.
Zoe’s clients are predominately Registered Providers, but she has also historically advised high street lenders, fixed charge receivers, private landowners and private clients.
Zoe started her legal career as a housing management lawyer at Walker Morris LLP where she worked for 10 years before joining Devonshires in early 2021.
Kirsten Taylor, Senior Associate, Housing Management & Property Litigation
Kirsten is a Senior Associate in our Housing Management & Property Litigation team, she specialises in providing leasehold, shared ownership and Building Safety advice for Registered Providers of Social Housing. She has a particular interest in lease variations within the tribunal, s.20 consultation, reasonableness claims and dispensation claims. She also acts for Registered Providers in relation to a wide range of disrepair claims and advise on enforcement action against superior landlords including breach of lease and injunctive relief proceedings.
