Areas of Expertise

Chloe-Anne is primarily involved in contentious matters relating to building defects, payment disputes and insurance claims. Chloe-Anne is also part of the growing health and safety team, assisting on matters in relation to enforcement and prosecution under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Chloe-Anne has developed a particular expertise in investigating accidental asbestos release incidents. She has been involved in mediations, inquests, appeals and criminal prosecutions and has assisted in out-of-court settlements.


Experience

Chloe-Anne has previous experience as a Construction Paralegal working on non-contentious matters. She has experience in contract negotiation and drafting standard form contracts.


Education

Chloe-Anne obtained a Degree of Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours completed in 2022. She is currently studying the LLM LPC and due to graduate in 2025.


Personal

Chloe-Anne has a family of cacti. She loves to read mainly fiction, but she also enjoys reading political and historical commentary and is an avid listener of the Sunday Times Podcast and the After Dark History Hit Podcast. Coffee lover, occasional tea drinker. Cookie enthusiast.
