The Devonshires’ Banking and Capital Markets team are delighted to have advised Saxon Weald on its £70m sustainability-linked private placement.
Saxon Weald raised £70million from a single investor in a transaction that includes a number of deferred drawdowns.
The private placement is a sustainability-linked placement, meaning Saxon Weald will receive a coupon discount should they achieve the energy efficiency targets agreed with the investor.
Centrus acted as arranger and Addleshaw Goddard acted as investor counsel.
