Areas of Expertise

Regina is a solicitor in the Securitisation Team. She acts for Registered Providers, advising them on property charging for bank lending, bond issues and private placements. She is also part of the Deed of Variation team seeking to increase value in property portfolios wherever possible.

Experience

Prior to Devonshires, Regina worked on residential property transactions for a firm in the city. Regina joined Devonshires as a solicitor in 2022.

Education

Regina graduated from the University of Westminster in 2015 with a first class honours degree in Law. Regina then completed her LPC LLM in 2020 at the University of Law.

Personal

Regina enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit. She trains daily and takes part in various classes. She also enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her friends and family.
