Dual-qualified Helen Curtis joins our Banking, Governance and Corporate team.
Helen’s expertise and wide-ranging client base, including acting for accountants, brokers, business consultants, and venture capitalists, hugely expands our corporate offering. Her advice has spread to several sectors, including fintech, financial services, marketing, hospitality, manufacturing, and recruitment.
Helen’s arrival takes our Partner count up to 43 and her appointment follows that of Matthew Waters, who joined from Bevan Brittan in November.
Helen has over 20 years of experience. She qualified with US firm Shearman & Sterling in 1998, where she was also admitted to the New York Bar, working both in the UK and US.
For seven years she was Assistant General Counsel for a US and Canadian paper mill business and since 2012 has been a partner at Gannons focusing on M&A, investment rounds and restructuring.
