The Regulator of Social Housing is seeking views on its proposals for tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) which are part of implementing changes to consumer regulation set out in the Government’s Social Housing White Paper.
The TSMs will apply to all social housing landlords, including local authorities, housing associations and other registered providers of social housing.
Join Donna McCarthy and Nick Billingham who will take you through the key consultation provisions and facilitate discussion on the proposals in order to help you to prepare a response.
