Areas of Expertise

Chloe qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in October 2021 and joined the non-contentious Construction, Engineering & Procurement team at Devonshires in January 2022. Prior to joining Devonshires, Chloe worked in-house for a London based property portfolio advising on construction documents such as JCT contracts, framework agreements, professional appointments and collateral warranties. She also assisted with construction due diligence in respect of agreement for lease and corporate sale.

Experience

Prior to qualification, Chloe worked as a Paralegal in-house and in the construction team at both Russell Cooke Solicitors and GSC Solicitors LLP.

Education

Chloe graduated from the University of Westminster with a 1^st in LLB Law. She then went on to complete the CILEX Graduate Fast Track Scheme.

Personal

In her spare time Chloe enjoys travelling, cooking and fitness.
