The Fire Safety Act 2021 and PAS 9980 – How to Plan for the New Regime

The Fire Safety Act 2021 and PAS 9980 – How to Plan for the New Regime

Over the course of this webinar Mark London, Michael Wharfe, and guest speakers Andrew Mellor of PRP, and Bart Kavanagh of HKA will consider the impact of the Fire Safety Act 2021, recent Government Guidance and PAS9980. They will look at steps building owners should be taking now to risk assess their stock (including external wall and fire door fire risk assessments) and to identify which buildings should be prioritised for assessment and remediation. They will consider the methodologies for doing this and how practically this can be planned and implemented.
