After the success of last year’s flower show, having raised a total of £265, we had high hopes for the event this year and set an ambitious target of £500.
Staff took part in this event by donating and submitting pictures for the below categories. Each day from Tuesday 8th June until Friday 11th June, voting opened for one of the categories with the winner being announced at the end of the day.
- Best House Plant
- Best Front Garden
- Best Back Garden
- Best Vegetable Patch
We raised a total of £685; significantly exceeding our target of £500!
The money raised was shared amongst our 3 partner charities – Friends of the Elderly, St. George’s Crypt, and SkyWay.
We have been blown away by the generosity shown by our staff members during this event, thank you to everyone who donated and took part!
