Before joining Devonshires, Prasan spent several years with London law firms, before working as general counsel to a business that supported the British government during the pandemic. Prasan then acted as corporate counsel to a HNWI’s family office advising trustees and the various C-Suite members within the trustees’ portfolio. Pulling on this experience, Prasan’s practice also includes acting as interim head of legal for Sage Homes and acting as lead solicitor for various projects within Sage Homes.
With extensive experience in advising on acquisitions and disposals both in a domestic and cross-border setting, Prasan’s clients know him as a trusted right hand who can pragmatically advise on M&A matters, private listings, investment rounds and equity fundraisings, tax-driven corporate restructures (including share buybacks) and joint ventures.
Prasan typically acts for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, shareholders, HNWI and/or their respective trust structures.

Andrew is a Consultant in our Banking, Governance & Corporate team. His work in the sector spans nearly 30 years. He is known for anticipating change, structuring transactions and dealing with problem cases. Andrew has been a member of the NHF’s Finance Policy Advisory Group and the Regulator of Social Housing Advisory Panel.
Andrew is noted for his work on constitutional matters. He advised the Regulator on the Housing & Regeneration Act. He has also worked on social housing projects in Australia, Rwanda, India, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, understanding different policy environments and opportunities.
His clients include a broad range of providers of For Profit and Not for Profit social housing in the UK, including London & Quadrant and Sage Homes.
Dan provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice with a ‘can do’ attitude.
The key commercial issues are assessed in conjunction with the risk profile of the individual client. The key issues are highlighted and guidance provided to allow the client to make an informed decision on every transaction based on their own risk profile. Dan and his team are there to help at every step of the way drawing on other professionals as required by the relevant transaction.
