On 14th June 2017 we sponsored the Shelton Development Services (SDS) Development Seminar and Partner Elad Yasdi spoke on ‘Unlocking opportunities in an ever changing market’.
This Development Seminar focused on the challenges of developing in London and is a forum for delegates from Local Authorities and Housing Associations to keep up to date with the latest news and hot topics.
Elad, a Partner in our Real Estate & Projects department who advises on a broad range of real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on Development and Stock Rationalisation, spoke about ‘Unlocking opportunities in an ever changing market’ and in particular Options and Joint Ventures.
Other guest speakers included Jamie Ratcliff, Assistant director at the GLA; Mairead Carroll, External Affairs Manager at the National Housing Federation; and Jon Milburn, Group Development Director at The Guinness Partnership, amongst others. The seminar was chaired by Peter Walters, Chief Executive at VIVID.
